Peter Mwanja is the agency owner and MICE expert. He believes whole heartedly in the power of incentive travel. He has over 15 years experience. Armed with a post graduate in Leadership and Sustainability from Robert Kennedy and Cumbria University, ACCA and MBA in hospitality management, Peter began his career working with the most luxurious camps in Uganda rising through to the position of General Manager. From an operational standpoint, Peter has worked literally in all departments; he now leverages this knowledge and applies it to create memorable experiences. Peter is an active member of the meetings industry. In 2018 Peter was named as one of the 5 board members of the UACII (Uganda Association of Conference and Incentive industry), the association charged with growing MICE business in Uganda. He is a SITE (Society for incentive travel excellence) developing member and has also recently been coopted on the AUTO board (Association of Uganda Tour Operators) which regulates DMCs and tour operators in Uganda. He is very passionate about conservation and puts a lot of effort in advocating for this cause, including being on conservation trusts in Uganda.
